As many as you’d like! The VIP Concierge rate is fixed per person. For larger groups, we’ll create separate teams within My Disney Experience and may assign additional Concierges—ensuring your entire group enjoys the ultimate Disney experience.

Right after payment, you’ll be able to reserve your exact park days in our system. Please schedule as soon as you book—availability is limited and dates fill up fast!

Yes—on your park day, your Concierge can book dining reservations for you (subject to availability). Disney dining reservations opens 60 days in advance for both non-resort guests and resort guests (from check-in), so we recommend trying to book through the app first. If you’re unable to secure your desired reservation in advance, your Concierge will do their best to book it for you on the day of your visit.

Absolutely! Your VIP Concierge customizes your entire park day based on your family’s profile and priorities, collected in your pre-trip form. We’ll focus on the attractions you’ll enjoy most—taking into account must-dos, thrill levels, height requirements, and your unique preferences. Most of our clients end up experiencing every attraction worth doing. Plus, the evening before your park day, you can chat directly with your Concierge via WhatsApp to update any preferences or share last-minute requests.

Once you book, you’ll be able to schedule your park dates and complete your group’s profile. Your Concierge will use this information to plan the perfect day for you. The evening before your park visit, your Concierge will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your arrival time and finalize all the park details—making sure everything is perfectly tailored for your group.

Yes. The Lightning Lane Multi Pass is Disney’s skip-the-line package and provides access to most Lightning Lane attractions in each park (except the most popular ones). The average cost is about $30 per person, per day (one payment gives you access to all participating attractions for that day). It’s essential for us to provide the full Virtual Concierge experience, and we’ll purchase it for you using the card saved in your My Disney Experience account.

Lightning Lane Single Passes (about $20 per person, per attraction) are for the park’s top rides (typically 1–2 per park). While optional, we highly recommend them for the best experience. We’ll always confirm with you before purchasing these, using the card linked in your Disney app.

Yes. Your Concierge will secure your Lightning Lane selections at the very first moment bookings open—7 days before check-in for Disney Resort guests and 3 days before your ticket’s first use for non-resort guests. This ensures you get the best attractions with the most desirable entry times for every park day. The cost of Lightning Lane Multi Passes and Single Passes is not included in the Concierge fee and will be charged to your international credit card.

Our goal is for your group to experience all the top attractions with minimal or no waiting. If your group has any specific preferences or restrictions, we’ll note them in your profile form and tailor your itinerary accordingly. The evening before your park day, your Concierge will confirm your priorities, and throughout the day we’ll continue to adjust your plans to ensure the best experience possible.

With VIP Virtual Concierge, you receive full support—just like having an expert in the park with you. We’ll coordinate the best times for shows and parades and seamlessly fit in attractions without Lightning Lane access, based on your group’s preferences.

You will be assisted by a real person, an expert in Disney parks, with many personal visits and hundreds of VIP Concierge experiences provided. Your Concierge knows every detail of the parks and is dedicated to making your experience seamless and unforgettable.

Your Virtual VIP Concierge will be available for at least 6 hours starting from park opening. We say ‘at least’ because the total time is flexible—your guide remains available until your last desired Lightning Lane ride is booked. There is no extra charge if your park day runs a bit longer to ensure you get the best experience. You won’t need to pay any overtime; our goal is to provide complete support from opening until you’ve enjoyed all your top attractions.
